Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp orange extract
Zest of one orange
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup dried cranberries
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda. Set aside.
In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract, orange extract, and orange zest.
