Ingredients:
24 oz cream cheese
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups cranberry sauce
1 packet gelatin
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter
Directions:
Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and pressing into a pan.
Whip up the cheesecake batter with cream cheese, sugar, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Pour it over the crust and bake until set.
